• Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are only available for original brand-new laptops, smartphones, and tablets, and must be requested within 7 days after product delivery.
  • No refunds are provided for best-quality copy pods.
• Shipping Information: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, with delivery times typically ranging from 5-12 business days. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
• Reshipment Policy: For best-quality copy pods, reshipments are only offered in cases where the package was not received or arrived severely damaged. However, our experienced packaging team ensures that damage is highly unlikely.
• Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
